Upon receiving your client form and once we understand the full scope of work, we will quote the design and management fee for your trip request. The below fee structure is based on a per trip basis. Fees may fluctuate based on number of travelers.

What’s Included:

- 100% custom tailored trip based on your individual interests and budget
- Consultation with deciding on destination(s), lodging, transportation and local activities
- Research and trip planning, implementing a collective of vetted resources
- Negotiations with tour operators and vendors
- Booking and reconfirmation of all travel components
- Virtuoso and preferred partner pricing and amenities
- Full access via phone and/or e-mail to your Luxury Travel Advisor and/or their ground partners
- Peace of mind while traveling with 24/7 back-up assistance available

Additional Fees

Concierge Services: $150/hour
Airline ticketing and management
- $75/ticket domestic
- $125 /ticket international
Voluntary changes (within 14 days of travel): $100/change
Expedited Planning Fee (with travel in next 60 days): $500/ per week of travel surcharge
Groups greater than 6 travelers: Surcharge applies. Please speak to your trusted advisor.
Cancellation, rebooking & postponement policies: Please speak to your trusted advisor.

All fees charged for services by Rapture Travels are non-refundable. For all other partners involved in your trip (hotels, guides, cruise lines, etc.) you are responsible to adhere to their individual cancellation policies which we outline in our quotes. We highly suggest protecting your investment with travel insurance to help protect you from the unexpected. Rapture Travels reserves the right to modify these fees at any time.
