"We had a great experience working with Shelley! From organizing our plane tickets to our hotels and tours she took care of everything and it was all awesome. Our hotel in Sydney was lovely (with a great upgrade) and the villa she booked for us in Port Douglas was mind-blowingly gorgeous. The tours she arranged based on our wishlist were perfect. Also super helpful was the Axus app that included our complete itinerary - everything I needed to know in the palm of my hand. For years we have done all of our own travel planning and using an agent seemed like something that my parents generation would do. I have now seen the light and we will have Shelley planning trips for us from now on!"
