Her educational background, including an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from New York University, complements her extensive travel experiences, equipping her with a unique blend of expertise and intuition in the field of luxury travel. Following her post-college career in commercial real estate, Shelley redirected her path towards her true calling, founding Rapture Travels in 2017, a luxury travel company dedicated to crafting bespoke experiences.
Shelley's fervent passion for exploration ignited at a young age, as she roamed Europe during summers with her parents. This early exposure cultivated a deep appreciation for cultural immersion, a sentiment that only intensified as she embarked on solo adventures and unforgettable trips with friends and family. Born and raised in Southern California, Shelley relocated to New York City in 2002, where she has since resided with her husband and two teenage daughters.

Ashley started working for Rapture Travels in November 2021. She brought with her 7+ years of prior experience in Travel Planning/Organization, 6 + years of prior experience in Office/Event Management and 5.5 years of prior experience in Hospitality/Spa Management. Before working at Rapture Travels, she worked in a similar capacity for a Seattle-based travel company whose specialty was in custom design travel to Africa.
She was born and raised in the Seattle area. In October 2022, she moved across the country to the Seacoast of New Hampshire with her Husband, Lewis & dog child, Lyla.
Ashley loves to travel, is a dog-lover and a movie watcher. When she is not busy reconfirming all of the details in your itineraries, you might find her planning a party, decorating spaces, discovering new restaurants or spending quality time with friends and family.
